POLICIES & PRICES
Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance as a courtesy to our other clients and therapists. If not, your credit card being charged in full for that appointment. If a series was purchased, one session will be deducted.
Arriving late to your appointment will limit the one hour for your session. Your session will end at the scheduled time so that the next client will not be delayed. If you arrive late you can receive a shortened session or pay for the appointment in full and reschedule.
Refunds can be made on unopened and undamaged products. Products must be returned to our office within 7 days of purchase. There are no refunds for colon hydrotherapy or Pilates sessions/packages.
Colonic series expires in 1 year. You must use all of your sessions within 1 year. A series of colonics is not transferable. Gift certificates expire 6 months from the date of purchase.
We will try to give you a courtesy call to confirm your appointment a day or two prior to your scheduled appointment. If you have voice mail we will attempt to leave a message. It is your responsibility to remember your appointment.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to fill out the client health questionaire. If the therapist is still in session with another client, a sign will be on the door and a health questionaire on a clipboard. Feel free to have a seat in our waiting area.
