The Well Being is a unique exercise and wellness facility. Empowering people to regain control over their health and
well-being is the motivation behind our programs.
We invite and inspire you to achieve strength, length, freedom of movement, flexibility and balance.
Pilates focuses on the core postural muscles to keep the body balanced and provide support for the spine. Specifically, Pilates
exercises teach awareness of the neutral alignment of the spine and strengthen the deep muscles of the back and abdomen to
support this postural alignment that is essential to helping alleviate and prevent back pain.
The Pilates Reformer balances the resistance of springs and the momentum created when you sit or stand on the sliding
platform and push off from a stationary bar, using cables and other accessories to build strength, improve balance and create
effort.
Our private atmosphere provides the ideal setting for one-on-one sessions that are tailored to each individual's specific needs
and level of fitness, allowing clients to progress at their own pace. We welcome you to an environment of motivation where
you feel energized, rejuvenated and balanced.
Each private session = $55
Series of 5 sessions = $250 ($50 each)
Series of 10 sessions = $450 ($45 each)
Historical View
The Pilates program is named after Joseph Pilates, who originated the system in the early 1900's. He incorporated resistance
using springs in rehabilitation programs for hospital patients, later translating the springs into machines to create the unique
Reformer equipment now used in Pilates training.
